Reminder! Property Taxes Are Due

Property taxes for Texas residents are due by January 31, 2026. If you haven’t paid yet, you can still make a payment online through your local tax assessor’s office.

East Montgomery County MUD 3 Ad Valorem Tax rates are based on property values established by the Montgomery Central Appraisal District. The tax rate (below) is per $100 of home value, as determined by the Montgomery Central Appraisal District.
